New 110m Hurdles Personal Best For Sammy

Sammy improved his 110m hurdles personal best time by one one-hundredth of a second at the Southern Athletics league match in Hornchurch on Saturday 17 May.

Preparing for his first decathlon on the season in two weeks time, Sammy also competed in the high jump where he won with 1.95m, discus where he was second and contributed to a Reading AC win in both 4x100m and 4x400m relays.
